In the event that your equipment fails, we can quote to rectify and arrange for any necessary repairs to be carried out and re-issue the Report of Thorough Examination.
We offer free no-obligation advice to any business operating lifting or access equipment in understanding LOLER examinations, the safety regulations and any implications it has for you as the owner.
LOLER Health & Safety Requirements
Regular thorough examinations, i.e LOLER 98 inspections, are essential to the safe working and operation of your access platforms (cherry pickers, boom lifts, scissor lifts, MEWP’s).

Current Government legislation states that the employer or owner must be responsible for any lifting equipment on site, and is legally obliged to maintain it in a safe working condition for the use of their employees.
The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 98 (LOLER) states that all equipment must be thoroughly examined by a competent person at least every 6 months or more frequently if used in a hostile environment'. The Report of Thorough Examination must be kept on file and readily available when requested.
